Sweetdealer ships nationwide using Courier Post as our main delivery provider. If you wish to ship Worldwide please email info@sweetdealer.co.nz to see if we can get you the best possible deal.

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. If for some reason there is a delay in despatching your order we will email a notification of the expected delivery.

Deliveries are made the day after dispatch and within 2-4 days for the South island from Monday through to Friday.

Signatures are required for all orders, so goods will not be left unattended or delivered to PO BOX’s. Please check the condition of your delivery, if it looks damaged please sign “damaged”

If your purchase arrives faulty and or delivered damaged we will either offer a refund or full replacement item. Please email info@sweetdealer.co.nz with your details and order number.

Here at Sweetdealer we provide our best to package your item securely and safely. Sweetdealer is not held responsible for products affected by hot conditions once it has been dispatched which may cause chocolates to melt or soften.

Once at the checkout please make sure you double check before submitting because once you have submitted your order it’s too late to make changes or cancellations.
